Tahrir Square

يقع في مصر بمدينة القاهرة ، يعد من اكبر الميادين الموجودة به والثاني بالاهمية بعد ميدان رمسيس الذي تقع به محطة مصر .
في البدء كان اسمه ميدان الاسماعيليه نسبة الى الخديوي اسماعيل ، في الخمسينات وعند التحرر من الاستعمار بات اسمه ميدان التحرير ، يحيط به العديد من الاماكن الشهيرة والهامة والتي لها ذكريات لكل زائر او مقيم في هذا البلد ، مثل النيل هيلتون ، المتحف المصري ، مقر جامعة الدول العربيه ، الجامعة الامريكيه ، تمثال عمر مكرم ، مسجد عمر مكرم ، جراج عمر مكرم المكون من عدة طوابق تحت الارض ، محطة السادات وهي احد اكبر محطات المترو بالقاهرة الكبرى ، وختاما مجمع التحرير وهو مجمع المصالح الحكومية وقام بتصميمه محمد كمال اسماعيل .
يحيط بهذا الميدان الدائري كقرص الشمس عدة خطوط طوليه هي الشوارع التي تؤدي اليه او تتفرع منه كخيوط النور ، من هذه الشوارع شارع طلعت حرب والذي يوجد به مكتبة مدبولي وجروبي وعمارة يعقوبيان وعمارة عمر افندي ومبنى صيدناوي ومقهى ريش حيث تطل بعض هذه المباني على ميدان طلعت حرب من عدة زوايا مختلفه وهو من الاماكن التي احب .
ايضا شارع القصر العيني الذي يقع به مجلس الشعب ومجلس الشورى بالاضافة الى تسع وزارات مصريه ، كذلك شارع قصر النيل وشارع شامبليون الذي تمت تسميته على اسم العالم الفرنسي الذي فك رموز اللغة المصرية القديمه بعد استعانته بحجر رشيد ، اضافة الى ميدان محمد فريد و ميدان عبدالمنعم رياض ، مرورا بشارع التحرير و شارع البستان الذي يوجد به وسط البلد والاسواق العديده والبنوك وبعض مؤسسات الدولة مثل وكالة انباء الشرق الاوسط والكائنة تحديدا في شارع هدى شعراوي المتفرع منه .
